Engage yourself in positive activities. You can help your church, an office-mate carry her stuff or you can even help in a charity work. Doing these things will definitely attract positive energies and thoughts in your life.

Your physical aspect helps a lot!  A positive environment can trigger and let out the positive thinker in you. If your room looks gloomy, maybe it’s time for you to paint it with a more vibrant colour.

Discard the unnecessary things inside your room or your house, as these make your space look crowded and suffocating. Making your house look clean and vibrant will instantly make you feel good.

You see, to think ‘Positive’ all you need to is an open mind and heart and a willing physical body in order to achieve it.
