Ingredients
- 8-10 kokum, soaked in 1 cup hot water for 45 minutes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 green chillies
- ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- ½ tsp roasted cumin
- Pinch of rock salt
Method
- In a bowl mix the green chillies, coriander, ginger, cumin and salt. Crush the mixture lightly. To this add the coconut milk.
- Grind the soaked kokum in a blender. Strain and mix the kokum juice with the coconut milk.
- Serve chilled.
