Relax your body and keep your elbows out. Then, mimic the Cobra\u2019s posture by slowly raising your body. This posture should form an arch on your back, so that your abdominal muscles stretch while the back muscles relax. Keep this posture for 10-15 seconds, then, slowly move the upper part of your body to the ground.
